Every weekend, when we’re home and not at work, the same shadow from an unused satellite dish on our roof shows up on our backyard wall. To be fair, I have a feeling it’s there even when we are at work, but I can definitely vouch for its existence during weekends and other days away from the office. Anyway, every time I see it, I tell myself, “That would make an interesting photo. I should really snap a couple shots.” I then promptly return to my well-worn spot on the couch having not snapped the picture, and regretting the fact that I’ve let yet another photo opportunity pass me by. Well today, all that changed. Behold the fruits of my newfound photographic initiative. I present you with “The Satellite Dish”. That’s 5 minutes of actual photographic effort in front of you. Enjoy.
